Mingpeng management team completes the first Organisational Systems programme | News | Kunshan Mingpeng Paper Co., Ltd.

From 19 to 23 November 2020, general manager Li Zhongshun led a team to Qingdao for the residential Organisational Systems programme. The general manager's office, HR and administration, finance, operations, production and logistics all took part, working through real management problems with practical exercises.

The programme focused on four modules — organisational structure, role responsibilities, performance incentives and process standards. Each was worked through against the company's own operating data, producing a list of management improvements that could be put into practice.
